The Ultimate Granola

2 1/2 C rolled oats
1/4 c sliced almonds
1/2 c pumpkin seeds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/3 c millet
1/4 c flaked oatmeal
1/4 chopped pecans
1 c (real) maple syrup
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 c peanut butter(I use trader joes all natural chunky)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c dried berries.
Mix all dry ingredients in 2 9X13 cake pans
Mix all wet ingredients in separate bowl
Combine the two
Bake at 250 for 1-1.5 hours or until dry and crunchy. Store in freezer bags or mason jars. Eat as a snack, or breakfast or desert.
