Today I ran 25 minutes. I decided to do the week 3 training, rather than do week two. It adds an extra five minutes to my short runs, but thats ok! I want to be able to do the 5K the week I am in Idaho, since we will be traveling on the original date-May 2nd. There is a 5K in Farmington saturday the 25th of April. It kind of looks like that is the one I will choose.
The shoes felt good.
I love how far I can run in 25 minutes, it feels like an accomplishment!

You are so good! That's awesome. Well, it looks like we'll miss each other in May. I won't be going out to Carey till probably mid-May, and you'll be back in WI by then. Oh well. Good luck on your 5K coming up soon! Wish I would be there to do it with you.
